*    All GFA Wild West RoundUp guests have the option to pre-register a credit card either when purchasing event tickets online or at the check-in table the night of the event.


*  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  Amex cards carry a higher percentage fee for usage.  We do not pass on the percentage fee for usage to the donor. 

*    Pre-registering a credit card allows for fast checkout at the end of the night.  A printed receipt with all purchases will be ready at the conclusion of the evening allowing guests to avoid the cashier line.

*    Credit card numbers are securely stored on electronic swipe terminals and only charged if a purchase is made.

*    Guests choosing not to pre-register a credit card will still have the option to pay for purchases at the end of the evening with a credit card, cash or check.

*    Regardless of the method of payment, all purchases throughout the evening can be made using your bidder number and name.
